This website (demo.nixpend.com) and the demonstration environment of the Nixpend platform are operated by Nixpend, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.يدير هذا الموقع (demo.nixpend.com) وبيئةَ العرض التوضيحي لمنصة Nixpend شركةُ Nixpend، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. وباستخدامك لهما فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وإن لم توافق عليها فيُرجى عدم استخدامهما.

02The websiteالموقع الإلكتروني

The website presents Nixpend and its platform for general information. Screens and dashboards shown on it are illustrative and use sample data, and the features available to an organization depend on its own implementation. Nothing on the website is an offer: any services are provided only under a separate written agreement with Nixpend.يعرض الموقع شركة Nixpend ومنصتها لأغراض المعلومات العامة. والشاشات ولوحات المؤشرات المعروضة فيه توضيحية وتستخدم بيانات افتراضية، وتعتمد المزايا المتاحة لأي منشأة على تطبيقها الخاص. ولا يُعد أي محتوى في الموقع عرضًا تعاقديًا، إذ لا تُقدَّم أي خدمات إلا بموجب اتفاقية مكتوبة مستقلة مع Nixpend.

03The demonstration environmentبيئة العرض التوضيحي

• Access is given for evaluating the Nixpend platform only.يُمنح الوصول لغرض تقييم منصة Nixpend فقط.
• It holds sample data only. Do not enter real patient information or other real personal information.تحتوي على بيانات افتراضية فقط، فلا تُدخل فيها معلومات مرضى حقيقية أو أي معلومات شخصية حقيقية أخرى.
• It is not for clinical use and does not give medical advice.ليست مخصصة للاستخدام السريري ولا تقدّم أي استشارة طبية.
• Demo accounts are personal. Keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share them.الحسابات التجريبية شخصية، فحافظ على سرية بيانات دخولك ولا تشاركها مع غيرك.
• We may reset, change, suspend or withdraw the demonstration environment, or any account in it, at any time.يجوز لنا إعادة تهيئة بيئة العرض التوضيحي أو تغييرها أو إيقافها أو سحبها، أو أي حساب فيها، في أي وقت.

04Acceptable useالاستخدام المقبول

You agree not to:توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:

• use the website or the demonstration environment for anything unlawful;استخدام الموقع أو بيئة العرض التوضيحي لأي غرض مخالف للأنظمة؛
• try to break or get around their security, or access parts you are not allowed to use;محاولة اختراق أمنهما أو تجاوزه، أو الوصول إلى أجزاء غير مسموح لك باستخدامها؛
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell any part of them;نسخ أي جزء منهما أو استخراجه آليًا أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له أو إعادة بيعه؛
• upload harmful code or overload the service.رفع أي شيفرة ضارة أو إثقال الخدمة.

05Intellectual propertyالملكية الفكرية

The website, the Nixpend platform, the Nixpend name and logo and the content of this website belong to Nixpend. Client and partner names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify organizations connected with the Nixpend platform.يعود الموقع ومنصة Nixpend واسم Nixpend وشعارها ومحتوى هذا الموقع إلى شركة Nixpend. وتعود أسماء العملاء والشركاء وشعاراتهم إلى أصحابها، وتُعرض فقط للتعريف بالمنشآت المرتبطة بمنصة Nixpend.

06Other services and linksالخدمات والروابط الأخرى

Links and buttons may open services run by others, such as your email app, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and X. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.قد تفتح بعض الروابط والأزرار خدمات تديرها جهات أخرى، مثل تطبيق البريد لديك وواتساب ولينكدإن وإكس، وتنطبق عليها شروطها وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

To the extent the law allows, Nixpend is not responsible for any loss that results from using them or from relying on their content.يُقدَّم الموقع وبيئة العرض التوضيحي «كما هما» لأغراض المعلومات والتقييم. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا تتحمل Nixpend المسؤولية عن أي خسارة تنتج عن استخدامهما أو الاعتماد على محتواهما.
